I've ordered from Southtowns Supply a few times. Ordering is over the phone, they are always helpful and give recommendations of what you may need and how much for your outdoor projects. Delivery: they are accommodating with your schedule for the drop off. The delivery men have been great. Very friendly and accommodating. They backed up the truck down the length of my house and dropped the sand and crushed gravel directly into the spot for my outdoor patio. 100% recommend. I'll definitely be ordering again from this company if needed in the future.

This was my first time using Southtowns Supply, I ordered some black mulch to be delivered. From the time I ordered it, until the time it was delivered the entire process was awesome. Kyle was great on the phone and answered every question I had with ease, he was very responsive and very good at communicating. I put a tarp down in an area for the delivery driver to dump the mulch because I didn't think he would be able to get it exactly where I wanted it, but when Chad the driver showed up, he was able to dump the load exactly where I was planning to put it anyway and I didn't even have to use the tarped area. This saved me so much time, labor, and made my project so much easier. If you're looking for bulk mulch or stone look no further than this place, it was an all around great experience with good quality mulch and I will recommend them to anyone! I will definitely be a returning customer!

This is the best garden supply place in Buffalo, by far. We ordered 3 yards of stone for under our new shed and 10 yards of mulch for landscaping in the yard. Their price was the best around and they delivered the next day. The icing on the cake is they placed the mulch and stone exactly where we'd hoped and significantly reduced the amount of time it took us to spread it out. The owner could not have been kinder, more helpful or more professional. We will be buying our mulch from them every single year. Amazing local company!

Working with them was great. I ordered 5 yards of crushed stone and was able to have it delivered 3 days later. Being able to get quote and place my order over text messages is very convenient especially when your super busy. I will definitely be ordering again for backfill and drainage stone when I start construction on my garage this summer.
