Delivery Policy
Please review prior to placing your order
1. Delivery Surface Requirements
All deliveries must be made on paved or properly stoned, flat surfaces.
Southtowns Supply does not deliver on soft ground, lawns, grass, mud, or unstable surfaces.
2. Heavy Truck Restrictions
For safety and to prevent property damage, dump trucks carrying large or heavy loads cannot drive on concrete surfaces. Concrete cracking is a known risk and becomes the property owner's responsibility-therefore concrete access is not permitted.
3. Street & Sidewalk Restrictions
Products cannot be left on the street or sidewalk unless the property owner is home at the time of delivery to acknowledge and approve placement.
4. Lawn Delivery Requests (Seasonal Considerations)
Product may be dropped on the customer's lawn from the driveway, however:
- Our team will assess conditions such as ground softness, slope, snow, ice, or saturation
- Drivers have full discretion to refuse unsafe lawn drops
5. Accessibility Requirements
Customers must ensure clear and safe access for delivery vehicles. Consider:
- Low or sagging power lines
- Overhanging tree branches
- Tight, narrow, angled, or obstructed driveways
- Room for truck, width, turning radius
- Cars, trailers, or obstacles blocking the drop zone
Southtowns Supply reserves the right to determine whether a delivery site is safe and suitable.
6. Inaccessible Delivery Fee
If our driver arrives and cannot safely complete the delivery due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or customer oversight, a $50 return/trip fee will be applied.
Product Photo Disclaimer
At Southtowns Supply, we work hard to provide clear, accurate images of our landscaping materials, bulk stone, mulch, topsoil, and hardscaping products. Because these are natural products, color and texture can vary based on lighting, moisture, weather conditions, and the time of day the photos were taken. Materials may appear lighter, darker, or more saturated when viewed online compared to seeing them in person.
Since many customers use our photos to plan their landscaping, garden, and outdoor construction projects, we encourage you to stop by our yard to view materials firsthand for the most accurate match. We gladly provide stone samples, mulch samples, and topsoil previews to help you choose the right product for your project.
